PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR FINGER LAKES COLLEGE SUITES
2011-2012 Academic Year Rates
Finger Lakes Community College on behalf of FLCS will bill residents on a semester basis. A bill will be sent on July 1 for
the Fall semester and December 1 for the Spring semester and are payable upon receipt.
A payment plan is offered which is described below. Note: a minimum payment of 40% will be required on August 1 for the Fall
semester and January 1st for the Spring semester, regardless of anticipated financial aid. The remaining balance for each
semester is due 60 days after the start of the semester. The following charts outline payment schedules and amounts for
the various suite types.

Summer Rates:
Residents must be taking classes in order to stay through summer. When they leave they must vacate/clean their suites completely.
- 4 bedroon/2 bath —--- $1290
- 3 bedroom/1 bath ---- $1311
- 2 bedroom/1 bath ---- $1400
- 1 bedroom/1 bath ----- $1533
The above summer rates are for the entire summer months, if less than entire 3 months, need to be prorated
accordingly. These rates are to be paid up front in full.
