How do I apply to live in the housing? |
Click on "Apply Now" section of this web site and download the application.
What does the apartment include? |
All apartments include a fully-furnished living room, fully-applianced kitchen, a bathroom shared by two students and single occupancy bedrooms.
Heat and hot water, central air conditioning and electricity are also included in the rental cost, as is high-speed internet service and cable, including HBO.
How much will the student housing cost? |

What should I bring? |
All apartments are completely furnished. You should bring personal items such as bed linens (twin size), towels, cooking utensils, iron, alarm clock, computer, etc.
Are there laundry facilities? |
Yes, there are facilities located in the building. Machines are coin operated.
Is there internet access available in the student bedrooms? |
Internet access is available in both living rooms and bedrooms of all student apartments and in many of the common areas of the building.
What furniture comes in a bedroom? |
Each bedroom comes equipped with a standard twin mattress with a boxed bed frame, desk with 3 drawers and keyboard tray, desk chair, 3-drawer dresser, armoire, window blinds.
What will I need to bring to complete my bedroom? |
You will need a Cat 5 cable, small television, computer, and telephone; all bedding needs, pillows, alarm clock, floor lamp or desk lamp, flashlight, surge protector, etc.
Can I choose the people I room with? |
Yes. If you know one or more individuals that you would like to share a suite with, you may include that information on your application. If not, you will complete a student profile questionnaire and we will match you with compatible suite mates.
Who is eligible to live in the housing? |
Students enrolled at Finger Lakes Community College with a minimum of 12 credit hours will be eligible to live at Finger Lakes College Suites.
Are the suites lockable? |
Yes. Each bedroom is private and lockable. In addition each resident will be given a key card for 24 entrance to the main building.
Will I be able to afford it if I get financial aid? |
Depending on your aid package, the cost of hosting at Finger Lakes College Suites may be covered. Please contact the Financial Aid Department for more information.
